FLOOR LEVELS :

The floor level in the South-West, South, West, South-East, North-West zones should not be sunken or Low or Down. Similarly, the levels in East, North-East and North zones should not be higher or raised.

The level in the Central Zone, should neither be Low nor Raised. There should be the split levels in the Central Zone.

HIGHEST/LOWEST PART OF THE BUILDING (PROJECTION) :

Either, the building should have the same height at all parts.

OR the South-West, South and West parts of the building should be Highest keeping Terrace on North and East sides. The North-East or North or East sides should Never be higher than South and West sides.

OR there should be symmetry of Projections/Elevations

If, the roofs are slopy, the slopes should be symmetricaIf the slope is on a single side, it should be down towards North or East.

In front of any door opening there should not be any obstruction caused by wall corner, Lift-well, Staircase Railing, Pillar or Column, Partial over-lapping of another door frame etc.

There should also not be any overhead obstruction of the door frame by any perpendicular beam or edge.

LEVELS OF THE OPEN SPACES AROUND THE BUILDING :

The levels of the open space around the building should be higher in South and West sides and lower in the North and East sides and Rain water outlet should be from North - East or North Zones.

CORNER CONFIGURATIONS :

As far as possible all the four corners of the plot i.e. South-West, North-West, South-East & North-East, should be kept open to sky. However, if neccessary, SW corner can be covered by an auxillary structure blocking the extreme NE, SE & NW corners of the plot
