EAMCET-2004 ADMISSIONS
ENGG & PHARM (MPC Stream)
NOTIFICATION
The qualified candidates of EAMCET-2004
examination (Engineering & B.Pharmacy MPC stream) of AU/OU/SVU/NL local areas are
informed to attend the counselling for admission into I year Engineering and B.Pharmacy
(MPC stream) courses as per the schedules given below.
Candidates should produce all certificates in ORIGINAL viz
(1) EAMCET-2004 Rank card & Hall ticket
(2) Intermediate Pass cum Memorandum of Marks
(3) Certificate indicating Date of Birth (SSC or its equivalent)
(4) Study Certificates from 6th class to Intermediate
(5) Residence Certificate for preceding 7 years of the qualifying examination i.e.
Intermediate or its equivalent in respect of candidates who have private study without any
institutionalized education,
(6) Integrated Community certificate issued by the competent authority and Fathers
Caste Certificate in case of BC/SC/ST candidates,
(7) Residence certificate of father or mother for a period of 10 years in A.P. excluding
the period of their employment outside A.P. from M.R.O. in case of Non local candidates
and
(8) Three sets of Xerox copies of all certificates and four recent passport size
photographs.
Fee Particulars: Tuition fee in University Engineering/ Pharmacy colleges is
Rs.8000/- p.a. and Rs.22,000/- p.a. in Private Colleges. In addition, OC/BC candidates
will have to pay Rs.200/- and Rs.500/- towards Registration & Counselling fee
respectively. However, SC/ST candidates will have to pay Rs.100/- and Rs.250/- towards
registration & counselling fee. SC/ST/BCC candidates are exempted from paying tuition
fee if their parental income from all sources is less than Rs.50,920 per annum. The income
certificate issued by M.R.O. after 1-1-2004 will alone be accepted. In addition to the
Income Certificate, candidates have to submit his/her fathers/mothers salary
certificate if their parents are employed. Fee shall be remitted in the form of Demand
Draft drawn in favour of Convenor, EAMCET-2004 Admissions payable at Hyderabad or in cash
at the bank counters available in all venues. Fee shall be paid in full at the time of
counselling and no part payment will be accepted.
Counselling for NCC/Sports/PH/CAP categories and Anglo Indian candidates will be held at
Sankethika Vidya Bhavan, Masabtank, Hyderabad only as per the following schedule.
