D.PHARMACY ADMISSION NOTIFICATION- 2004-2005

Applications are invited from the candidates who have passed Intermediate examination or its equivalent in Science with Physics, Chemistry & Biology or Mathematics OR First year of the 3 year degree course in Science for admission into the first year of two year Diploma course in Pharmacy offered in Polytechnics. Candidates who have appeared in advanced supplementary/ instant exam 2004 can also apply but they should satisfy the requirement of passing Intermediate examination on the day of admission. The admissions into D.Pharmacy course would be conducted during the month of July 2004. Candidates passed in one attempt would be considered first for deciding the merit and those who pass in more than one attempt would be considered later to decide the merit.

       Application must be typed neatly in Bold & Capital letters on a white paper superscribed as APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION INTO D.PHARMACY COURSE  affixing passport size photograph on the top right corner attested by a Gazetted Officer and giving the details mentioned in the Instructions and Application form.

The registration fee of Rs.270/- shall be paid in the form of demand draft in favour of The Secretary, State Board of Technical Education and Training, A.P., Payable at Hyderabad. The format of application and information regarding D.Pharmacy course, Polytechnics where offered, intake, eligibility and reservations etc can be downloaded from the website http://www.dteap.ac.in/  and also from http://sbtet.ap.nic.in        The seats will be made available to local and Non-local candidates and also reservations in favour of SC/ST/BC/NCC/SPORTS/CAP/PH and women as per Govt. rules. The fee (tuition fee special fee and other fee)  chargeable is of Rs. 2,830/- in Govt. aided colleges and Rs. 15,330/- in private unaided colleges paid through cash or demand draft in favour of the D.Pharamacy Admissions officer 2004-05.

Last date for receipt of filled in application form complete in all respects is on  28‑6‑2004

The filled in applications with photograph enclosing copies of SSC certificate, marks memo of intermediate or it’s equivalent examination, 9^th to 12^th study certificates, Caste viz., SC/ST/BC certificate, special categories NCC/SPORTS/CAP/PH certificates, latest income certificate i.e. issued after 1-1-2004, demand draft in favor of the Secretary, State Board of Technical Education & Training, payable at Hyderabad for Application Registration fee of Rs. 270/-  and self addressed Indian post-card for acknowledgement etc. should be sent by registered post or in person to the REGIONAL JOINT DIRECTOR OF TECHNICAL EDUCATION,  ADMISSION OFFICER (D.Pharmacy Admissions), O/O the Principal, Govt. Polytechnic, Masab tank, Hyderabad- 500 029 and take acknowledgement. In complete applications or applications without application registration fee will be rejected without any information. Filled in application forms should not be sent under any circumstances to either Commissioner of Technical Education or Secretary, State Board of Technical Education & Training, A.P., Hyderabad or to Principal of any Polytechnics.

            The candidates are further informed that the counseling for admission preferably online will be conducted in the month of July 2004 by issuing notification giving dates and venues in the leading News Papers. No separate call letters for admission will be sent and the notification itself shall be treated as a call for attending the counseling for all the candidates who have applied in time enclosing all the relevant certificates & application registration fee.
