The paper is divided into six parts: Bank have played an important role in development of
Agriculture, Trade and Industry. In fact, banks are playing a significant role in all
developmental activities of our country these days. This has resulted in tremendous
increase in the branch net-work of State Bank of India and other Nationalised Banks both
in the rural as well as urban sectors. To manage the expanding net-work of branches, an
additional manpower requirement has been generated in all categories of posts.
The post of Probationary Officers in the State Bank of India is considered to be enviable.
Recruitment to these posts is channeled through Central Recruitment Board of the State
Bank Group. Competitive Examinations are conducted to fill such vacancies. The style of
the examination is quite different in comparison to the routine University Examinations.
It is designed to measure your general academic ability, general academic ability, general
awareness and job aptitude.
Part I: General Awareness, Part II: Quantitative Aptitude, Part III: Test of Reasoning
(Verbal), Part IV : Test of Reasoning (Non-verbal) and Part V: English Language. At the
end of each of the Parts I, II, III, IV and V, Previous Year's Fully Solved Question
Papers of SBI Probationary Officers' Examination are also provided. Part VI: Descriptive
Test-It contains Short Essays, Expositions on given prepositions/Situations, Etc. |
